Yogalates = strengthening Pilates + soothing yoga. 

 

Yogalates + Lattes = the perfect way to start your Sunday morning! 

 

 

What is Yogalates? 

Part yoga, part Pilates, this class will rejuvenate your body and clear your mind. Pilates exercises are designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture, build up your energy, and enhance how you move in everyday life. Instructor Kim Petry, RYT, will lead simple and effective Pilates mat exercises for a safe yet challenging workout. She’ll add yoga breathing techniques to calm the mind.  She’ll end with some gentle yoga stretches to relax and release tension.  

 

Afterwards, head over to Juniper Tree for an exclusive Yogalates brunch!

Kim teaches Gentle Yoga Thursdays at 6 p.m. and Restorative Yoga Sundays at 10 a.m. 

Kim Petry is a certified yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, and personal trainer. With over 10 years of experience teaching classes of all types, Kim loves to lead both invigorating classes and gentle, nurturing classes. Her fitness philosophy: to help people feel their absolute best and have compassion for their body along the journey.
