Sarah York is a certified Health & Life Coach through the ICF-accredited Health Coach Institute, as well as a 500-hour Registered Yoga and Meditation Instructor. She has studied five years as a Community Herbalist in Training at the Commonwealth Center for Holistic Herbalism.
Sarah’s own health journey started in middle school. Her initial struggle with weight and food led to years of disordered eating, emotional eating, frustration and A LOT of weight fluctuations. Poor nutrition and yo-yo dieting led to depression, anxiety, poor self image, and joint pain for a number of years. It wasn’t until she started working holistically that Sarah discovered that the path to feeling and looking her best didn’t have be complicated or dependent upon a trick diet or supplement. At 44, Sarah has have never felt better in body, mind and spirit.
