Build a Foundation of Peace & Self-Compassion for the New Year
Wednesday, January 1, 10:30 a.m. – noon
w/ Jess Bertoncini & Natalie Bishar.
How do you want to experience the transition to a new year? Are you longing for a connection to yourself and the moment that offers more meaning than a past-your-bedtime party?
As the holiday season winds down and the end of the year approaches, you may find yourself feeling rundown or depleted. You may be reflecting on the events and experiences of 2024, as well as wondering what 2025 will bring. Mark this magic moment between past and future by recharging and inviting joy, meaning, and self-care to your new year.
This 3-part workshop incorporates yoga, meditation, music and massage to bring meaning, self-reflection, and joy to your New Year.
Part 1 – Yoga teacher Jess Bertoncini as she leads you through a gentle and rejuvenating flow designed to open awareness in the body, calm the mind, and set the stage for a fresh start. This all-levels yoga session will help you release what no longer serves you, leaving space for new intentions and energy to flow.
Part 2 – Teacher and instrumentalist Natalie Bishar will guide you in a reflective meditation accompanied by the healing music of song and harmonium. The musical vibrations will provide a path to connect to your inner strength and align your heart to its deepest desires into the year ahead.
Part 3 – You’ll relax in a long, tranquil Savasana while Jess and Natalie treat you to a blissful mini massage.
Part 4 (optional) – Coalesce our time together with a simple fire ritual, a symbolic representation of the release of what once was and an invitation for what is to come.
New Year’s Day is the perfect time to reflect and recharge after a busy holiday.
Your body, mind and spirit deserve TLC after the busy holiday season. Begin your year with this special offering and greet 2025 with clarity, intention and self-compassion.
Registration is $50. This is a special event class and our yoga passes do not include registration for this class.
