Yoga teacher and professional singerMary KateMcGetrick leads you through a sound healing journey with guided meditation and restorative yoga poses. Accompanied by quartz crystal bowls and sacred chanting, Mary Kate will help you to soothe your mind and awaken your spirit as we prepare for the Winter Solstice.
The winter solstice falls on Tuesday, December 21, and marks the longest night of the year. Traditionally a time of stillness, renewal and self-reflection, this is the perfect time to pause, connect to yourself and take in thepeace of the season.
Restorative yoga is extremely gentle and appropriate for all levels.

What are singing bowls?
Singing bowls are metal or crystal bowls that create clear tones by striking and circling them with a mallet. It is thought that the vibration created by these tones can soothe the mind and relax the body.
Mary Kate McGetrickis a Registered Yoga Teacher and a professional musician and singer. She has 500 hours of yoga training. She has performed at venues throughout the area.
We are taking COVID-19 precautions very seriously. All students and teachers are currently required to be masked in the studio. Class sizes are limited for the time being to allow for social distancing.
