Snow and Cancellation Policies

When it comes to cancelling appointments, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to work with you if you need to reschedule an appointment. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in honoring our cancellation policy so that we can continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our guests. Thank you!

Massage Service Late Cancellations: When you book a service, we reserve that time exclusively for you. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the open appointment to another client in need of our services. Should you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour window, our office reserves the right to charge your account a fee of $45. This fee helps us cover the cost of the reserved time slot that could have been offered to another client. Note: when you have booked services for two or more people on the same day, such as Couples Massage, we require 48 hours notice to cancel your appointments and fees will be applied to each client.

Massage Service No-Shows: If you miss your appointment and do not call us before your appointment start time to let us know, our office reserves the right to charge your account the full cost of the service you had scheduled. Again, this fee helps us cover the cost of the reserved time slot that could have been offered to another client.

Yoga Class Registration Cancellations: At this time we do not require advance notice to cancel your registration for your yoga class. We do, however, ask that you either call us or use your online account to cancel your registration when you cannot attend class so that other students can register.

Workshop Registration Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, we require 48 hours notice in order to receive a full refund. Please call us or visit your online account to cancel you registration. Failure to do so 48 hours beforehand or not showing up at the workshop will waive your right to a refund.

Massage Services: As all of our therapists live in different areas, cancellations due to snow or ice will be determined on an individual basis. We will call you if your therapist is unable to make it to the office for your appointment. When the weather gets messy, be sure to have your phone nearby, and please make sure we have your current cell phone number in our file. If YOU feel unsafe driving to our office, (even if we haven’t cancelled your appointment), please do not hesitate to call us. In these cases you will not be charged for a late cancellation, but as much notice as possible will be greatly appreciated.

Yoga Classes and Workshops: All weekday morning yoga classes will follow the Downingtown Area School District delays and closures. For one-hour delays, all 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. classes will be cancelled. For 2-hour delays and closures, all morning classes (including the 10:30 a.m. classes) will be cancelled. All other class and workshop cancellations will be decided on a case-by-case basis. We will notify registered students by email and phone if classes are cancelled due to weather concerns.
