Amanda takes the time to get to know you—understanding your goals, challenges, and comfort level—in order to create and guide you through your fully customized yoga practice. Throughout your session, she’ll offer cues for positioning, breathing, modifications and more to help you correct imbalances and build strength and resilience. These one-on-one sessions are perfect for anyone who may feel nervous about practicing in a group setting, offering a safe, nurturing space to grow at your own pace, both physically and mentally.

About Your Instructor

Amanda Will, RYT, is registered with the Yoga Alliance as both an adult and children’s yoga teacher with well over 500 hours of training, including certifications in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga for Recovery and Mental Health, the Prison Yoga Project, and more.

Amanda’s teaching focuses on strength, accessibility and mindfulness. It is a joy for her to be able to expose students to the many benefits of practicing yoga. Amanda was initially drawn to teaching yoga through her own quest for inner peace. She attributes the practice of yoga and mindfulness to her personal sense of being grounded and connected to her inner strength and calm.
